Start of preparatory -on site- works preceding construction of Galeria Solna!

The archeological - excavation works  on the investment plot of Galeria Solna have started. The excavations preced start of construction of this first and the largest shopping center in the city of Inowrocław.

Ogrody extension plan with a BREEAM certificate

CBRE Global Investors, the owner of the Ogrody Shopping Center will apply for a BREEAM certificate for the extension of Ogrody.The start of construction is planned for Q3, 2012.

Camaieu in Ogrody Shopping Center!

Camaieu joins the group of the tenants who signed lease agreements for  the extended Ogrody Shopping Center. Camaieu will occupy 250sqm at the ground floor.

LPP brands signed for Ogrody!

LPP signed 6 new lease agreements for the extended  Ogrody Shopping Center . The brands all together will occupy about 3 000 sqm.

 

Rossmann in extended Ogrody!

Drugstore Rossmann signed the lease agreement for Ogrody Shopping Center in Elbląg. Rossmann will  be located at the ground floor and will occupy 482sqm in the extended shopping center.

 

H&M joins Ogrody!

The largest fashion tenant in the world has signed a lease agreement with the Ogrody shopping center in Elblag and will occupy in the new, extended shopping center in total over 1 600 sqm on two floors.


Tesco in Galeria Solna!

On March 21, 2011Tesco signed lease agreement for Galeria Solna. The leading hypermarket signed the agreement for almost 6 000 sqm. Tesco is the first among a range of primary anchors that decided to open the store in the first shopping gallery in Inowrocław. Other announcements will follow soon.
