Acteeum Group, acting as a co-investor and the commercializing entity for retail facilities throughout Poland, will present its shopping centers portfolio during the upcoming SCF event, at booth No. 5.6. In particular, it will attract visitors’ attention with Acteeum’s latest retail projects in Chełm and Andrychów. The openings of both Galeria Chełm and Galeria Andrychów are planned for the second half of 2019.

 

Responding to the strong market demand for new shopping centers in attractive locations, Acteeum dynamically develops retail facilities throughout the country. Following the recently opened shopping centers in Krosno, Tomaszów Mazowiecki, Wołomin, Stalowa Wola and Elbląg, further locations – Chełm and Andrychów – appear on the Acteeum project map. Both locations will gain modern shopping centers, offering a wide range of shopping and entertainment opportunities, while enriching the local communities with an functional and attractive architecture. Thanks to excellent, perfectly connected locations, as well as a comprehensive and optimally composed mix of tenants, both Galeria Chełm and Galeria Andrychów are already successful – one year before their openings – from the perspective of tenants, customers and local communities.

Galeria Chełm will offer its customers 55 stores on a total area of 17,500 sqm. and over 500 parking spaces. It will be unique in many respects, starting with the location in the only former provincial city in Poland without a shopping center. It will also provide a great catchment area, covering nearly 300,000 inhabitants, also absorbing the cross-border traffic with Ukraine and Belarus. In addition, the plot on which the Chełm Gallery gets constructed is located directly at the main transport hub of the city, at the junction of Lubelska and Rejowiecka streets.

Galeria Chełm, which level of commercialization has already exceeded 70%, had obtained the building permit. The construction works are planned for the second half of this year and its grand opening is scheduled for the second half of 2019.

 

Galeria Andrychów will become a modern and perfectly aligned shopping center with an area of approx. 26,000 sqm. It will offer around 40 stores of various brands, a DIY store and 650 parking spaces. The Andrychów shopping center will provide smooth communication and a unique location of its plot, which happens to be the only one of this size in the city and region, with designation for a large-format retail schemes. Galeria Andrychów opening of is planned for the second half of 2019.
