In recent years, the Acteeum strategy has resulted in a series of shopping centers ensuring spectacular commercial success and customer sympathy. After Galeria Solna, Galeria Tomaszów, Galeria Wołomin and Vivo projects! in Krosno and Stalowa Wola, as well as the Galeria Chełm currently under construction, the next step becomes Galeria Andrychów – developed jointly with Equilis. Opening of this modern retail park with 26,000 sqm GLA, 40 stores and a DIY market is planned for the second half of 2020.

The Acteeum strategy in the area of shopping facilities development in Poland brings tangible results. The retail projects implemented by Acteeum in recent years confirm that focusing on carefully defined medium-sized urban centers is a perfect bull’s eye hit. It has been the case in earlier projects of this kind – such as Galeria Solna, Galeria Tomaszów, Galeria Wołomin, Vivo! Krosno or Vivo! Stalowa Wola – as well as in the case of Galeria Chełm, currently being developed in cooperation with Equilis Polska. The latter project, being in the advanced stage of construction, perfectly fits in with the Acteeum strategy and in tenants’ expectations being already, almost a year before the opening, above the 85% level of commercialization.

Considering such an impressive portfolio of completed shopping facilities, it is not surprising that the forthcoming joint project of Acteeum and Equilis – Galeria Andrychów – also arouses keen interest. Its unique potential and tenants’ enthusiasm stems not only from the many years of Acteeum experience, but also from the great location of the new facility, optimally chosen tenants’ mix with a popular DIY market as well as careful architectural and functional design of Galeria Andrychów.

In addition to all the typical features of a successful shopping center, our new Andrychów project ensures – from the earliest stages of implementation – playing a far more important role on the local market than just another shopping center. We believe that the function of a shopping mall is consistently changing in life of local the communities. As never before, residents of medium-sized cities and their regions perceive the shopping center as a place that should comprehensively meet their expectations and lifestyle aspirations. Contemporary shopping center is expected to be a place the residents can identify with, providing various forms of enjoying free time and ensuring aesthetic satisfaction. We strive to make Galeria Andrychów – in just over a year – exactly such a place. – explains Tomasz Szewczyk, Managing Partner Acteeum Central Europe.
