Along the progressing construction of the retail park in the center of Siemianowice Śląskie, its commercialization is also nearing completion. Four well-known brands – Half Price, World Box, e-obuwie, and Fabryka Formy – have recently joined the project. Thanks to the signed lease agreements, 88% of the total leasable area at OTO Park Siemianowice has already been rented, a full year ahead of the planned opening in the second half of 2026.
OTO Park Siemianowice, developed in the direct vicinity of the Siemianowice market square by Acteeum Group and Falcon Investment Management, is finalizing its retail offering. Following the recently signed lease agreements, four well-known and highly anticipated brands in Siemianowice – Half Price, World Box, e-obuwie, and Fabryka Formy – have joined the group of tenants. With a total leased area of over 3,900 sqm, these brands further enhance the city’s most attractive retail, service, and lifestyle offering available at OTO Park.
– Thanks to the recently signed lease agreements, we can confirm the completion of the commercialization phase of the Siemianowice project. The signing of agreements with such well-known and attractive brands as Half Price, World Box, e-obuwie, and the Fabryka Formy fitness club confirms two key points.
First, the presence of these brands ensures that the retail and service offering at OTO Park is and will remain for a long time, among the most cutting-edge in the entire region. The carefully performed selection of stores and services across various sectors, including many brands previously unavailable in Siemianowice, will make OTO Park the shopping destination of first choice.
At the same time, reaching this advanced stage of commercialization with such a strong lineup of tenants more than a year before opening clearly confirms OTO Park’s unique strength from a business standpoint. We are currently finalizing lease agreements for the last remaining retail units with well-known brands, whose presence will complete the center’s fully complementary offering. By the end of this year – less than one year before opening – we will have reached 100% occupancy.
For both of these reasons, we are extremely pleased and, together with our tenants, are already looking forward to the grand opening of the project for the residents of Siemianowice and the surrounding area.
– says Mariusz Kowalczyk, Leasing Director, Acteeum Central Europe.
At the same time, the dynamically progressing construction works are bringing the opening of the complex closer every day, with the official launch for customers scheduled for autumn 2026 in line with the construction timeline.
The site on which OTO Park is being developed is located in the very center of the city. This prime location ensures convenient pedestrian access for a large number of nearby residents, as well as easy and hassle-free access for customers arriving by car or public transport.
