The BIG Konstantynów regional retail park, developed by Acteeum Group and BIG Poland in Konstantynów Łódzki has obtained a valid building permit and construction works will begin in a few weeks. At the same time, other brands are joining the group of tenants of the complex with a total area of 21,000 sqm GLA – including clothing brands CCC and Worldbox.
The opening of the investment is planned for October 2026.
The BIG Konstantynów shopping centre, being built in cooperation between Acteeum Group and BIG Poland, has crossed another milestone on the way to its completion. After meeting all formal requirements, the investors of the project obtained a valid building permit. As a result, construction works on the Konstantynów retail park will begin in a few weeks, and the opening of the facility is planned for October 2026.
Along with the culmination of the development process, the commercialization of the project is also heading towards finalization. Already now, the interest of tenants in the facility has provided a diverse, attractive and long-awaited shopping offer, which has been enriched by two more fashion brands in recent days. After signing lease agreements with the CCC group, the CCC and Worldbox brands will join BIG Konstantynów and, together with the already signed such as New Yorker and Martes Sport, will create an interesting mix of tenants. CCC’s wide range of footwear and the fashion offer under the Worldbox brand will be made available to customers in stores with an area of 700 sqm each.
In addition, talks are being finalized with the operator of a fitness salon guaranteeing a modern and the largest such facility in the area, as well as a children’s play club. Soon, the construction of a drive-through restaurant for one of the most popular operators in Poland will also begin on the premises of BIG Konstantynów.

The shopping and service offer already looks extremely attractive, a year before the planned opening, and the addition of such brands as CCC and Worldbox, together with the vicinity of Kaufland and Bricomarche, further strengthens the future position of BIG Konstantynów as the first choice shopping place for tens of thousands of residents of Konstantynów and the neighboring districts of Łódź and surrounding towns.

BIG Konstantynów will be a regional shopping center that is part of a shopping complex with a total area of approx. 21 thousand sqm. GLA. The complex will include a retail park under the BIG brand with an area of approx. 13.5 thousand sqm. GLA with about 30 stores of the most anticipated brands in the region. The complex will include the existing Kaufland hypermarket with an area of approx. 4.5 thousand sqm. and the Bricomarche store with an area of approx. 3.2 thousand sqm.
BIG Konstantynów will offer customers a drive-thru restaurant of a popular brand and a spacious parking lot for over 500 vehicles. In addition, the investment will include convenient communication solutions, ensuring easy access to the facility from both Konstantynów and Łódź, as well as various construction and infrastructure solutions to meet the requirements of sustainable development.
BIG Konstantynów’s offer will include a variety of fashion, interior design, sports, consumer electronics, media and drugstore brands. There will also be a gastronomic and service offer, ensuring a comprehensive approach to meet the needs of customers. The BIG Konstantynów shopping center will enrich the surroundings not only with its shopping offer, but also with modern, functional and friendly architecture, communication openness and improvement of the infrastructure of the surrounding area.
In addition to an attractive shopping offer, BIG Konstantynów will naturally meet the needs of residents due to its excellent location and communication with Konstantynów and Łódź, and thus adapts to the daily travels of the inhabitants of Konstantynów and the surrounding area. Construction of the facility will begin in October 2025, and the opening is planned for October 2026.
