As soon as in early autumn this year, construction will commence on the regional retail park Aura Park Szczecinek, developed by Acteeum in cooperation with Terg S.A.
Media Expert has just joined Aura Park, further enhancing the project’s comprehensive retail and service offering. In addition, the excellent accessibility and convenient location of the investment make Aura Park Szczecinek already the most anticipated destination on the region’s retail map.
Construction of the facility will begin this year, with the opening for customers scheduled for the second half of 2026.
Aura Park Szczecinek, developed by Acteeum Group together with Terg S.A., is the largest and most modern regional retail complex in Szczecinek. On a total area of 26,000 sqm, approximately 35 shops and service outlets will be established. The ambitious project, which will provide customers with over 1,000 parking spaces, is scheduled to begin construction in early autumn 2025, with the opening of the power center planned for the third quarter of 2026.
At the same time, due to the attractiveness of the developed complex and the strong interest from tenants, the commercialization process is already in its final phase. The retail and service offer of Aura Park is being enhanced by well-known and popular brands. Following the recently signed agreement, Media Expert has confirmed the opening of its store in the new facility. On the leased area of 900 sqm, the brand will offer Aura’s customers the widest range of consumer electronics, household appliances, and multimedia products available in the city.
The offer of this popular brand perfectly complements the attractive tenant mix of the Szczecinek shopping center, which also includes a modern supermarket, well-known fashion, discount, footwear, drugstore, sports, home furnishings, and foodservice brands. The opening of stores by so many renowned and anticipated brands will enable residents of the city and surrounding areas to enjoy comprehensive, convenient, and attractive shopping – previously unavailable in such a comfortable and customer-friendly location.
– We are observing with great satisfaction the interest that tenants show in our investments. The same is true for our Szczecinek project. Just before the start of construction, and a little more than a year before opening, Aura Park has already attracted an exceptionally attractive and comprehensive group of tenants. With the addition of Media Expert and others with whom we are finalizing lease agreements for the last available spaces, Aura’s retail and service offer will be unmatched throughout Szczecinek and the surrounding area.
– says Tomasz Jopkiewicz, Leasing Director of Acteeum Central Europe.
AURA Park Szczecinek is a regional retail park that will serve the city of Szczecinek and the surrounding area. With its architectural design, selection of well-known and popular brands, and excellent accessibility, the project developed in cooperation with Terg S.A. will introduce a new level of quality and diversity to the retail landscape of Szczecinek and its vicinity.
On a total GLA of 26,000 sqm, the Szczecinek retail complex will offer a wide range of shops, dining venues, and service outlets of various brands. Within the complex, the largest DIY store in the region, with an area of approximately 8,000 sqm, will be hosted, along with a supermarket of about 2,000 sqm and 35 retail units within the Retail Park.
AURA Park Szczecinek will also feature a dining offer, including a restaurant of a well-known and highly popular brand, additionally providing a drive-thru option. For customers’ convenience, the facility will offer a spacious, easily accessible parking lot for over 1,000 vehicles, a fuel station, and infrastructure ensuring smooth connectivity both within Szczecinek and across the region.
