BIG Konstantynów will be a regional shopping center that is part of a shopping complex with a total area of approx. 21 thousand sqm. GLA. The complex will include a retail park under the BIG brand with an area of approx. 13.5 thousand sqm. GLA with about 30 stores of the most anticipated brands in the region. The complex will include the existing Kaufland hypermarket with an area of approx. 4.5 thousand sqm. and the Bricomarche store with an area of approx. 3.2 thousand sqm.

In addition, the investment will include convenient communication solutions, ensuring easy access to the facility from both Konstantynów and Łódź, as well as various construction and infrastructure solutions to meet the requirements of sustainable development.
