The wolaRe project, developed jointly by Acteeum Group and BPI Real Estate Poland, has been awarded by RynekPierwotny.pl portal, where it was ranked second in the “Best residential investments in Warsaw” ranking. The estate, which completion is planned for the third quarter of 2020, will be built at Ostroroga street in the Wola district and will offer its clients 231 apartments with an area of 28 to 83 sqm.

 

The ranking organized by the RynekPierwotny.pl portal resulted in the second quarter of 2019 with the second position for the wolaRe project. The investment developed jointly by Acteeum Group and BPI Real Estate Poland is being constructed at 21. Ostroroga street in Warsaw. The estate of wolaRE is an original project adapted to the already existing architecture of the Wola district. It will offer 231 apartments with attractive layout and with the demanded areas of between 28 and 83 sqm. In addition to the apartments, seven commercial premises will also be developed as part of the investment. The development of the project proceeds according to the schedule, with the construction works of the fourth level being currently underway. The completion date of the construction of wolaRe is planned for the third quarter of 2020.

The wolaRe project is the second investment, after the Vilda Park in Poznan, implemented as part of the joint venture between Acteeum Group and BPI Real Estate Poland.

The wolaRE estate is a perfect place for the urban lifestyle enthusiasts, wishing at the same time not to live in the strict city center. The excellent location in the Warsaw Wola district and access to the rich cultural offer of the area make this place unique on the map of the capital. 231 apartments with attractive layouts and highly demanded areas as well as commercial premises will be developed within the project. wolaRe will offer flats tailored to the diverse needs of clients, including small studios and spacious apartments, with areas ranging from 28 to 83 sqm. Each of the flats of the wolaRE estate will feature a balcony or a loggia. The total area of ​​residential premises within the estate will be 10,222.17 sqm, while commercial and service premises will total at 395.29 sqm.

The launch of the project took place in December 2018, while the completion is planned for 2020.
