The wolaRE project is an important milestone for us in the area of housing projects, in which we see great potential for Acteeum growth in the coming years – adds Tomasz Szewczyk

The excellent location in Wola district of Warsaw and access to the rich cultural offer of the neighborhood make this place unique on the map of the capital city. An additional advantage of the wolaRE location is the proximity of the city center and excellent transport links – car, tram and bus – allowing convenient access to the heart of Warsaw in less than 10 minutes.

237 residential units with attractive layouts and of popular usable areas will be developed in a modern, 7-floor building, hosting also a range of service premises. wolaRE will offer flats tailored to the diverse needs of clients, including small studios and spacious apartments, with areas ranging between 28 and 83 sqm. Each flat of the wolaRE estate will have a balcony or a loggia. The total area of residential premises within the project will reach 10,222.17 sqm., while service and commercial premises will cover 395.29 sqm.
