We are honored to share that our retail park in Gorzów, developed together with Equilis Europe, has been awarded the Investment deal of the Year – EUR 20-50 million category. With this award, the competition Jury recognized the sale transaction of the Gorzów shopping center to BIG Poland, as a result of which the facility was opened under the BIG Gorzów brand.
This prestigious award is particularly important to us, as it confirms the extraordinary features of the Gorzów facility, which contributed to the success of the transaction done with BIG Poland.
We would also like to warmly congratulate the Kajima company, whose representatives we had the honor of presenting the award in the Construction Firm of the Year category.
