Dynamic development of the new Acteeum and Leroy Merlin project – the largest and cutting-edge shopping complex in the Koszalin region – attracts well-known brands. Among them the most notable will be Leroy Merlin, Lidl, Agata Meble and LPP group stores – House, Cropp and Sinsay. The growing group of tenants expands hand in hand with the rapid progress of works aimed at commencing the construction of the project, which is expected in the second half of this year.

After last year’s successful opening of Galeria Chełm and in parallel with the ongoing construction of Galeria Andrychów, Acteeum Group – developer and investor of commercial facilities throughout Poland – is consistently developing new investments.

Koszalin Power Center – facility in the formula of a regional retail park – will cover with its catchment the city of Koszalin and the surrounding region. Thanks to the architectural formula, the selection of well-known and popular brands and excellent communication, the project developed  in cooperation with Leroy Merlin, Agata Meble and SGI is already clearly embedded in the commercial landscape of Koszalin and the surrounding area.

– We are extremely pleased with the dynamic progress of our project – a modern shopping complex that will play a crucial role on the commercial map of Koszalin and the entire region. We are also happy that the Koszalin Power Center will host such well-known brands as Leroy Merlin, Agata Meble, Lidl and the brands of the LPP group with which we are finalizing the lease agreements. They will enrich the shopping attractiveness of the facility and emphasize the great commercial potential of our Koszalin project. Koszalin Power Center will be a functional facility meeting shopping and lifestyle expectations of customers.

– says Tomasz Jopkiewicz, Leasing Director in Acteeum Central Europe.

On the total area of 38,000 m² Koszalin Power Center will offer a wide range of shopping and service opportunities of various brands. It will include the largest Leroy Merlin DIY hypermarket in the region, with an area of approx. 12,000 m², the Lidl supermarket with an area of approx. 2,000 m², full-size and the only in the region furniture store of the Agata Meble chain, with an area of approx. 10,000 m² and 30 shopping premises within the Retail Park. Koszalin Power Center will also include a dining offer, including a drive-thru restaurant. In addition, for the convenience of customers, the facility will offer a spacious, easily accessible car park for approx. 1,100 vehicles and infrastructure ensuring smooth communication within Koszalin and the region.

The Power Center will be constructed directly at the road junction of the S6 expressway connecting Szczecin with the Tri-City and Władysława IV street – the main exit route to the Baltic sea. Both roads are not only the main national routes, but also fit into the urban infrastructure as communication arteries popular among the inhabitants.

The opening of the project in Koszalin is planned for mid-2022.
