For Aura Park Szczecinek – a retail park project developed in cooperation between Acteeum Group and Terg SA – the beginning of autumn has turned out to be exceptionally dynamic. The most eagerly awaited brands are joining the project, with the retail offer now further strengthened by the LPP Group. By leasing a total area of over 3,000 sqm, the brands Reserved, Sinsay, Cropp and House are bringing Aura Park’s fashion offer to a level previously unavailable in Szczecinek and the entire region.
Construction of the facility will begin later this year, with the opening for customers scheduled for the second half of 2026.
Developed by Acteeum Group in cooperation with Terg S.A., Aura Park Szczecinek will be the largest and most modern regional retail park in Szczecinek. The exceptional appeal of the complex and the excellent cooperation between the developers and tenants have led to the participation of the most well-known and eagerly awaited brands. Among the latest additions are fashion brands from the LPP Group.
With the recently signed lease agreements, Reserved, Sinsay, Cropp and House will open their stores in Aura Park Szczecinek, with a total area exceeding 3,000 sqm. Consequently, the fashion offer of the complex, which already includes the New Yorker brand, has taken on an exceptional shape, perfectly matching customer expectations.

AURA Park Szczecinek is a regional retail park that will serve the city of Szczecinek and the surrounding region. Customers will also find a food offer, including a restaurant of a well-known and highly popular brand featuring a drive-thru option. The opening of so many well-known and eagerly awaited stores will provide residents of the city and the region with access to a comprehensive and attractive shopping experience previously unavailable in such a convenient and customer-friendly location.
Additionally, for the comfort of visitors, the complex will offer a spacious, easily accessible car park for over 1,000 vehicles, a petrol station, and infrastructure ensuring smooth accessibility both within Szczecinek and across the region.
