OTO Park Siemianowice Śląskie has officially opened offering over 20,000 sqm of GLA and a wide mix of brands from key retail categories. The development, built on the former Laura/Jedność Steelworks site, combines retail, service, and recreational functions with a space preserving industrial heritage of Siemianowice.

This coming Tuesday and Wednesday – March 24-25 – the Acteeum team will participate in the spring edition of the Shopping Center Forum.
Our retail park in Siemianowice Śląskie, which we are developing together with Falcon Investment Management under the OTO Park brand, won the Future Project of the Year category.
Acteeum and Falcon Investment Management, together with the general contractor and Mayor Rafał Piech, symbolically laid the cornerstone of OTO Park Siemianowice.
Four well-known brands – Half Price, World Box, e-obuwie, and Fabryka Formy – have recently joined the OTO Park Siemianowice project.
