Construction works of the joint Acteeum Group and Equilis Polska project – Galeria Chełm – are underway and progressing dynamically, led by Karmar S.A. as a general contractor. Opening of this first shopping center in Chełm, with a total GLA of 17.5 thousand. sqm, is planned for the first quarter of 2020.


Selected in February 2019 general contractor of Galeria Chełm – Karmar S.A. – dynamically progresses with the construction of this modern, multi-functional retail facility.

Construction works of the 17,500 sqm. GLA shopping center are advancing in line with the project plan. So far, works that have already been completed include demolition and construction preparation, construction of a foundations platform as well as the plot pavement. Currently, the construction works of foundations and the load-bearing structure of the facility are underway, approaching completion. At the same time, the bricklaying is also progressing. In the near future, the assembly of the facility’s roof steel structure will commence.

Galeria Chełm

Galeria Chełm on the area of 17.5 thousand sqm. will offer 55 commercial premises and over 550 parking spaces. The plot on which the new shopping center will be located at the junction of Lubelska and Rejowiecka streets (also constituting the Chełm beltway), in the major transportation hub of the city. The Galeria Chełm’s catchment area  covers nearly 300,000 residents as well as the cross-border traffic with Ukraine and Belarus.

Among the tenants that will open their stores in Galeria Chełm are already such known brands as Lidl, CCC, SMYK, Rossmann, RTV Euro AGD, Martes Sport, Reserved, Sinsay, House, Cropp, home&you, DIVERSE, Pepco, KiK, 4F, Swiss, Ziaja, Esotique, Vision Express, Play, Orange, Komes money desk, Olimp and Deli Pizza restaurants or Księgarnie Świat Książki. The commercialization level had already, almost a year before the grand opening, exceeded 85%.

Galeria Chełm grand opening is planned for the first quarter of 2020.
