We’re regulars at the SCF retail fair, but this year’s edition has completely rewritten the rulebook after just day one.
Thanks to our packed portfolio of ongoing projects – and the absolute whirlwind of interest from our guests – we’re ready to call this SCF Fall historic already.
We proudly unveiled 6 new retail projects, bringing our current pool to over a quarter of a million square metres of available GLA (yes, you read that right! >250,000 😊). Our team survived – and thoroughly enjoyed – a marathon of intense, inspiring chats with Tenants, Business Partners, and Friends. We deep-dived into our latest ventures in Góraszka, Zamość, Jaworzno, Słubice, Łaziska, and Szczecinek, plus some exciting future development plans. Safe to say, the fantastic feedback exceeded our wildest expectations.
