BIG Konstantynów shopping center is finalizing its target tenant mix. One of the last brands joining the project is Smyk, further enhancing the comprehensive retail and service offer. Along with the completion of leasing, construction of this regional complex with a total GLA of 21,000 sqm, developed by Acteeum Group and BIG Poland, is progressing according to plan. The opening of the investment is scheduled for October this year.

Finalizing the last lease agreements, including with Smyk, BIG Konstantynów already offers a nearly complete retail and service mix. Customers will find a wide range of categories, including fashion, home and garden, sports, drugstores, grocery, footwear, hobbies, electronics and media, and others. However, the retail offer is not the only strength of the project – BIG Konstantynów will also provide a unique, regionally distinctive selection of food and service features. This will include restaurants such as McDonald’s, as well as a modern fitness club, a comprehensive medical clinic, a bakery and confectionery, a travel agency, a fuel station and car wash, and EV charging infrastructure.

As a result, the project will provide customers with convenient access to a broad range of services in a single, well-connected location. Another key advantage of the investment is its transport accessibility. The site will be easily reachable both by car and public transport. Łódzka Street runs nearby, as does the access point to the S14 expressway. A fast tram stop will also be located directly next to the development, ensuring a convenient connection between Konstantynów and Łódź. An additional benefit is its proximity to the Retkinia district.

– The final brands are finding their place in BIG Konstantynów. The strong project potential caused that the tenant mix of the complex is now almost fully completed. We are pleased to welcome Smyk, which enriches the offer for the youngest customers. A wide selection of stores and services, complemented by the Kaufland hypermarket and the Bricomarché store, creates an attractive and functional shopping environment. However, these are not the only advantages of the project. Its location plays a significant role – the development addresses the needs of residents of surrounding districts, including the 70,000 residents Retkinia district, as well as over 20,000 people employed in the nearby economic zone and travelers using the S14 route. An additional asset is the direct proximity of a fast tram stop, providing a convenient connection between Konstantynów and Łódź and making it easier to combine daily commutes with visits to the center.
