A new, popular tenant has just joined the BIG Piła retail park being developed in Piła by Acteeum Group and BIG Poland. Jysk – by opening its 1,400 sqm store – will expand the range of interior furnishings available at BIG Piła. Construction of the project began in October, and the opening is scheduled for the 3rd quarter of 2026.

 

The BIG Piła retail park, developed by Acteeum Group and BIG Poland, has gained another well-known tenant. With the recently signed-off leasing agreement, Jysk is joining the Piła project. By opening a 1,400 sqm store, Jysk will offer a comprehensive range of interior furnishing collections – furniture, decorative items, accessories, bedding and garden products – designed in a Scandinavian spirit, reflecting modern and simple concept.

BIG Piła, located on al. Wojska Polskiego in Piła, will be a regional retail center with a total area of approx. 38,000 sqm of GLA and a catchment of around 100,000 residents within a 30-minute drive. The complex will include a retail park of approx. 18,700 sqm of GLA, comprising a modern grocery supermarket and over 45 stores of the most sought-after brands in the region. As part of BIG Piła, an approx. 8,000 sqm DIY store will also be developed, along with a spacious Agata furniture showroom and parking for approx. 1,200 vehicles. Additionally, the project will ultimately include a drive-thru restaurant of a well-known brand, a fuel station, infrastructure for charging electric vehicles, convenient transport solutions ensuring easy access to the site, as well as various construction and infrastructure solutions addressing the requirements of sustainable development.

The offer of BIG Piła will include a variety of fashion, interior furnishings, sports, consumer electronics, media, grocery and drugstore brands. A food service and services offer will also be available, ensuring a comprehensive response to customer needs. The BIG Piła retail center will enhance its neighborhood not only with a wide retail offer, but also with modern and functional architecture and infrastructure solutions improving the transport characteristics of the area.

The opening of the facility is scheduled for the third quarter of 2026.
