The new Acteeum project – Koszalin Power Center – developed in cooperation with Leroy Merlin and Agata Meble has just gained a food anchor. As part of the largest and most modern shopping complex in the Koszalin region, Lidl will open its large-format supermarket with an area of 2,000 sqm, joining the respectable group of well-known and valued tenants. The construction of the Power Center in Koszalin will start this year and the opening is planned for the second half of 2022.

Regional catchment, excellent location and an optimal mix of tenants are the main features of the Power Center in Koszalin, developed by Acteeum in cooperation with Leroy Merlin, SGI and Agata Meble, which make the project very positively perceived by tenants, local community and the investment market in Poland. As a result, the works leading to commencement of the construction stage are already being completed and the Power Center shopping offer is largely concluded and packed with extremely attractive brands.

– We are, like our tenants, full of enthusiasm, seeing the extremely dynamic development of the Koszalin project. We are very happy signing a lease agreement with Lidl, which will open its modern supermarket in our Power Center on almost 2,000 sqm of space. At the same time, such well-known brands as LPP and Rossmann also join our project, which, together with the presence of Leroy Merlin and Agata Meble, confirm its huge commercial potential on the scale of the city and the entire region.

– says Tomasz Szewczyk, Managing Partner in Acteeum Central Europe.
