The construction of the Siemianowice shopping center will start this year and the opening is planned for the second half of 2023.
The large scale of the project, a central location in the city and an extremely attractive shopping offer are the main features of the shopping center developed by Falcon Investment Management and Acteeum in the Power Center format in Siemianowice Śląskie.
The huge potential of the facility is confirmed by the agreement that has just been signed, under which Lidl Polska will become the food operator of Galeria Siemianowie. Lidl store with an area of approximately 2,000 sqm will be a key element of the shopping offer in Siemianowice shopping center, meeting the great demand of customers. Galeria Siemianowice will enable customers to do comprehensive shopping within its area, both of everyday convenience type as well as clothing, drugstore, footwear, consumer electronics and others.
– We are full of satisfaction and enthusiasm, seeing the dynamic development of the Siemianowice project and its excellent reception by our tenants. This results in an extremely dynamic progress of commercialization process, which is over 75% a year before the opening. We are very happy to sign a lease agreement with Lidl, opening another modern store of an area of approx. 2,000 sqm, with numerous pro-ecological solutions in Galeria Siemianowice,. The fact that such a distinguished brand joins our project additionally confirms the remarkable commercial potential of the facility, including its location, formula and scale of the project.
– says Mariusz Kowalczyk, Leasing Director of Acteeum Central Europe.
