The new project developed by Acteeum – Ostróda Power Center – dynamically gains the tenants’ recognition. More and more well-known brands join the group of tenants, including Sinsay, Cropp and House. The LPP Group decides to locate 3 stores with a total area of over 2,400 sqm in the new retail park. The opening of the facility is planned for mid-2022.

The unique advantages of Ostróda Power Center, especially its strategic location, the retail park formula and the Acteeum reputation, cause great interest among tenants. Already, more than a year before the planned opening, a significant number of commercial premises have found their tenants. Among them, there will also be the LPP group that has decided to include Ostróda Power Center in its plans to build a presence in Ostróda and the region. The LPP group decided to open 3 stores of its brands in the emerging facility, where Sinsay, Cropp and House brands will offer their well-known and popular products on a total area of over 2,400 m².

– We are very happy with the decision to locate the stores of three of our brands in the Acteeum project that is being developed in Ostróda. From the perspective of our strategy, the key is the perfect location of Ostróda Power Center as well as the format of the facility, meeting the current market realities, ensuring safe and efficient shopping.

– says Krzysztof Bocianowski, Leasing & Expansion Director, LPP S.A.

Ostróda Power Center will be the first and the largest shopping complex of this type in the region. It will offer a total area of over 25,000 m² GLA, covering over 14,000 m² GLA of a retail park, a stand-alone Home and Garden store as well as additional services such as a drive-thru restaurant, gas station, car wash and approx. 700 parking spaces.

The facility will be developed on the main access road to the city center, directly at the junction of the S7 expressway, connecting Warsaw and Gdańsk, and the S16 leading to Olsztyn and Grudziądz. The location of the facility is also naturally perfectly connected with Ostróda and the region. Ostróda Power Center catchment zone will cover over 120,000 inhabitants as well as extremely intense transit traffic on the S7 and S16 routes.

– We are very happy that our new project in Ostróda attracts such distinguished tenants as the LPP Group, which is an extremely important partner for us. The presence of the Sinsay, Cropp and House brands will make the Ostróda Power Center shopping offer even more attractive for customers. In addition, I can reveal that we are finalizing talks with a leading DIY store operator on the location of their full-size facility within our center. We are also convinced that our Ostróda project will turn out to be a great commercial success, meeting the expectations of tenants and residents of Ostróda and the surrounding cities.

– explains Tomasz Szewczyk, Managing Partner, Acteeum Central Europe.

Ostróda Power Center opening is planned  for mid-2022.
