Once the rebuild is complete, the two-story center will feature 130 units, including Carrefour, CCC, Deichmann, Douglas, Esotiq, H&M, LPP brands (Cropp Town, House, Mohito, Reserved, Sinsay), New Yorker, Orsay, McDonald’s, Quiosque, Rossmann, RTV Euro AGD, Sizeer, T-Mobile, Trojan Horse, Wojas, Yes, Yves Rocher, Piekarnia Raszczyk (bakery), and a multi-screen cinema. The parking lot will feature 1000 spaces across three stories.

The investor of the project is CBRE Global Investors Poland and Acteeum Central Europe is responsible for Project Management and leasing (with CBRE sp. z o.o. supporting it in the leasing). The ESA architectural firm is responsible for the architectural design and PORR (Polska) SA is the general contractor.

The Ogrody shopping center is Elbląg’s first retail and service complex, established in 2002, which brings together a large hypermarket and mall under one roof. The center is located at Pułkownika Dąbka street, and is very accessible. The Ogrody shopping center is currently being expanded. Completion of the process is scheduled for 2014. Ogrody will be the most modern and largest shopping center in the region. CBRE Global Investors, the manager of the Ogrody shopping center, will apply for a BREEAM certificate for the Elbląg center upon the completion of the expansion. The certificate will be proof of the pro-ecologic technologies and construction process of the new shopping center as well as the building’s friendliness towards its users and surroundings.
