BIG Zamość will be located at the intersection of Kilińskiego Street and Legionów Street, which forms part of the DK74 national road and serves as the eastern bypass of Zamość. The development is set to become a regional retail park with a total GLA of approximately 35,000 sqm, boasting a catchment area of around 170,000 residents within a 30-minute drive.

The complex will include a retail park covering approximately 17,000 sqm of GLA, featuring a modern grocery supermarket, a spacious DIY store, a furniture megastore, and around 40 retail units with the region’s most highly anticipated brands. The investment will also include a spacious car park for approximately 1,100 vehicles and electric vehicle charging infrastructure. Furthermore, the project will feature an extensive, modern, and child-friendly recreational area, relaxation zones, and convenient transport solutions to ensure easy access to the facility.

BIG Zamość will incorporate numerous structural and infrastructural solutions meeting sustainable development requirements, which will enable the property to achieve a BREEAM certification at the Excellent level.
