Galeria Siemianowice, with a total area of 18,000 sqm of GLA will include a supermarket with an area of 2,300 sqm and 30 commercial premises as well as a rich gastronomic and service offer. The facility will provide customers with approximately 550 parking spaces and excellent public transport connections.

The Siemianowice project will cover catchment of over 280,000 inhabitants of the city and the region of Upper Silesia.

The opening of the facility is planned for the second half of 2024.

The plot on which Galeria Siemianowice will be developed is located in the very center of Siemianowice, next to Plac Skargi, at the intersection of Katowicka, Staszica and Waryńskiego Streets.

In the immediate vicinity of Galeria Siemianowice, there are convenient public transport stops – bus and tram, and the surrounding streets provide excellent access both within the city and the entire metropolitan center of Upper Silesia – including from Katowice.
