Project

The Łaziska Retail Park is an ambitiously designed regional retail development, created to serve the city of Łaziska Górne and the surrounding region. Through its architectural design, a careful selection of well-known and popular brands, and excellent transport links, the project will introduce an unprecedented level of diversity and experience to the shopping landscape of Łaziska and the adjacent areas.

Spanning a total GLA of 18,000 sqm, the complex will offer a wide array of shops, dining options, and service outlets from various brands. The development will feature an attractive 2,300 sqm DIY store, a 2,000 sqm supermarket, and approximately 35 retail and service units.

The investment also includes a dining offer, featuring a drive-thru restaurant from a highly prominent and widely popular brand. Furthermore, for maximum customer convenience, the facility will provide a spacious, easily accessible car park for approximately 500 vehicles, electric vehicle charging infrastructure, and tailored traffic solutions to ensure seamless and efficient access to the new retail center.
