AURA Szczecinek is a regional retail park that serves the city of Szczecinek and the surrounding region. With its architectural concept, selection of well-known and popular brands, and excellent connectivity, the project – developed in cooperation with Terg SA – will introduce a new, previously unavailable level of quality, diversity and convenience to Szczecinek’s retail landscape.
Covering a total area of 26,000 sqm GLA, the Szczecinek retail complex will offer a wide range of stores, dining and service outlets from various brands. The complex will feature the largest DIY store in the region, spanning approximately 8,000 sqm, a Biedronka supermarket of about 2,000 sqm, and 35 retail units within the Retail Park.
AURA Szczecinek will also include a dining area, featuring a restaurant of a popular brand, with the drive-thru functionality. Additionally, for customer convenience, the facility will provide a spacious, easily accessible parking lot with over 1,000 spaces, a fuel station, and infrastructure ensuring smooth connectivity within both Szczecinek and the surrounding region.

Location
Aura Szczecinek is being developed directly next to the Szczecinek-North road junction, which connects the S11 expressway – linking Koszalin, Piła and Poznań – with Koszalińska Street, Szczecinek’s main thoroughfare leading to the city center. The location ensures not only convenient access for local residents but also serves as a stopover point for travelers along the S11 route between Koszalin and Szczecin.
