BIG Konstantynów will be a regional shopping center, part of a larger shopping complex with a total area of ​​approx. 21,000 sqm GLA. The facility will include a retail park under the BIG brand with an area of ​​approx. 13,500 sqm GLA with around 30 stores of the most anticipated brands in the region. The complex will include the existing Kaufland hypermarket with an area of ​​approx. 4,500 sqm area and a Bricomarche store with an area of ​​approx. 3,200 sqm.

BIG Konstantynów will also offer a drive-thru restaurant of a popular brand and a spacious car park for over 500 vehicles. Additionally, the investment will include convenient transport solutions, ensuring easy access to the facility from both Konstantynów and Łódź, as well as various construction and infrastructure solutions meeting the requirements of sustainable development.

BIG Konstantynów shopping offer will include various fashion, interior design, sports, consumer electronics, media and drugstore brands. It will also feature a gastronomic and service offer, ensuring a comprehensive response to customer needs. The BIG Konstantynów shopping center will enrich the surroundings not only with its shopping offer, but also with modern, functional and friendly architecture, open communication and improvement of the infrastructure of the surrounding area.
