The investors of the regional retail park BIG Piła – Acteeum Group and BIG Poland – are consistently progressing with the project schedule and are approaching the start of construction. The Piła project is attracting significant interest from many well-known and popular tenants, with Agata and Martes Sport recently joining the lineup.
Construction of BIG Piła, with a total area of 38,000 sqm GLA, is set to begin in early autumn this year, with the opening scheduled for the third quarter of 2026.

The regional shopping center project by Acteeum Group and BIG Poland in Piła is progressing dynamically and in line with the planned schedule toward its final development stage. The investors of this impressive retail park are completing the final preparations for construction, which is set to begin this autumn.

At the same time, the commercialization of the project is also nearing completion. Thanks to its scale, excellent location, well-managed development process, and alignment with the needs of the local market, BIG Piła is already a highly anticipated destination for both tenants and future customers.

The tenant mix of BIG Piła will be the most attractive and comprehensive in both the city and the region. As a result of recently signed lease agreements, Agata has joined the project and will offer a full range of furniture and interior design goods in a 7,000 sqm showroom, while Martes Sport will open a new 1,300 sqm store featuring a wide selection of sportswear, equipment, and accessories. Both brands will significantly enrich the overall offering of BIG Piła, which also includes a modern supermarket, well-known fashion, discount, footwear, drugstore, and foodservice brands. The investors are in advanced negotiations to lease the remaining available retail and service units.

– BIG Piła is our next retail park which, thanks to its strengths, continues to attract significant attention from tenants. It is therefore no surprise that the project is generating substantial interest, and we can already confirm that the shopping offering of the Piła retail park will be highly compelling. The project’s tenant mix will provide customers with an exceptionally attractive combination of retail, service, and dining brands, ensuring that BIG Piła will reliably become the shopping destination of choice for residents of Piła and the surrounding area.

– says Tomasz Jopkiewicz, Leasing Director of Acteeum Central Europe.

BIG Piła, located at Wojska Polskiego avenue in Piła, will be a regional shopping center with a total area of approximately 38,000 sqm GLA and a catchment area of around 100,000 residents within a 30-minute drive. The complex will include a retail park of approximately 18,700 sqm GLA, featuring a modern supermarket and over 30 stores representing the region’s most anticipated brands.

As part of BIG Piła, a DIY store of around 8,000 sqm, a spacious Agata furniture showroom, and a parking area for approximately 1,200 vehicles will also be developed. Additionally, the investment will include convenient traffic solutions ensuring easy access to the site, as well as a variety of structural and infrastructural features aligned with sustainable development requirements.

BIG Piła will offer a wide range of fashion, home furnishing, sports, consumer electronics, media, grocery, and drugstore brands. The center will also include food and service offerings, providing a comprehensive response to customer needs.

BIG Piła will enhance its surroundings not only with a broad shopping offer, but also through its modern and functional architecture and infrastructural solutions improving the traffic conditions in the neighboring area.

Construction of the facility will begin in autumn 2025, with the opening scheduled for the third quarter of 2026.
