Ostróda Power Center developed by Acteeum dynamically approaches the commencement of construction stage. The selection of the general contractor is underway and construction works are scheduled for spring of 2023.
Simultaneously, the commercialization of the Ostróda complex exceeded 80%, attracting the most demanded and popular brands to the project. Thanks to the excellent shopping offer and great location, Ostróda Power Center is already the most awaited shopping center in Ostróda and the entire region.
The Power Center developed in Ostróda is the most attractive shopping center in the region. Its investor and developer – Acteeum Group is currently selecting the general contractor for the project and the construction will start in the spring of 2023. The opening of the complex is scheduled for spring of 2024, and the commercialization process has already exceeded 80%. Remaining available commercial spaces constitute the last chance to locate shops in this most anticipated and most attractive shopping center not only in Ostróda but also in the region.
The comprehensive shopping offer of the Ostróda Power Center includes the most attractive brands – including the first Castorama concept market in Poland, enabling drive-thru shopping – as well as New Yorker, Smyk, CCC, Sinsay, Cropp, House, Media Expert, Martes Sport, 4F, Rossmann and other popular brands.
Highly demanded shopping offer of the Center in such a good location enabling easy access, convenient parking and the availability of additional services such as a gas station, drive-thru restaurant or the possibility of charging electric vehicles make Ostróda Power Center the first choice shopping facility for both tenants and customers.
Tenants appreciate the greatest advantages of the project, i.e. a complementary offer, the project size of 27,000 m² GLA, a large parking lot for over 700 vehicles and the location at the intersection of main roads. All these features allow the project to introduce a whole new quality on the commercial map not only of the city of Ostróda but also of the entire region.
– For each new retail project, a special stage is the selection of the contractor and the start of construction. It is no different in the case of our Power Center in Ostróda. Therefore, we are extremely happy to move to the construction phase of the project. We choose the general contractor and together, we will soon start construction works, being able to enjoy the development progress every day, with our own eyes. This project is particularly close to us, because we know that we are creating a unique facility that, thanks to its shopping offer, scale, modernity and excellent location, will become the most attractive retail facility on the map of Ostróda and the surrounding area.
– says Mariusz Kowalczyk, Leasing Director at Acteeum Central Europe.
Ostróda Power Center will be the first and at the same time the largest shopping complex of this type in the region. The project has a valid building permit and the construction works will start in spring of 2023. It will be a facility with a total area of over 27,000 m² GLA, covering over 15,000 m² GLA of the retail park, a stand-alone Castorama House and Garden market, as well as additional services such as a drive-thru restaurant, gas station, car wash and over 700 parking spaces.
The complex will be constructed at the main entrance road to the city center, directly at the S7 expressway junction connecting Warsaw and Gdańsk, and the S16 leading to Olsztyn and Grudziądz. The location of the facility is also naturally perfectly connected with Ostróda urban area and the region. The catchment of Ostróda Power Center will cover over 120,000 inhabitants, over 500,000 tourists visiting the city annually as well as extremely intensive transit traffic on the S7 and S16 routes.
The opening of Ostróda Power Center is planned for the spring of 2024.
