CFE Polska was selected as the Main Contractor of the regional retail park in Gorzów Wielkopolski, developed jointly by Acteeum and Equilis. The signed agreement starts construction works on this modern retail park with a total GLA of 25,000 sqm.
At the same time, the commercialization process of the Gorzów power center is nearing completion, and its opening is planned for the third quarter of 2024.
The Gorzów power center, developed in cooperation between Acteeum Group and Equilis Polska, has entered a new, final stage. The investors have selected the General Contractor of the retail park – CFE Polska – and are starting extensive construction works.
– The power center will certainly complement the commercial offer in the city. The diversity of the offer, comfortable space and perfectly connected investment site are very good conditions for investors, tenants, but above all for the residents of Gorzów. I am happy with the development of this investment, which proves consistency in our actions. Gorzów is changing very dynamically. Another investor in the city confirms, that what we are doing in terms of improving conditions for business development, makes perfect sense. More jobs and more companies operating in Gorzów strengthen the city’s economic position.
– says Jacek Wójcicki, Mayor of Gorzów.
– We are very pleased that our next project this year is entering the final stage so smoothly. With the signing of the contract with CFE, we are starting construction works and are already planning the official opening of the facility in the third quarter of 2024. In parallel with the dynamic organizational and construction progress, we are very happy with the huge commercialization success of our Gorzów project. Almost a year before the planned opening, we have an almost completed shopping offer, which, thanks to many popular, acknowledged and attractive brands opening stores in Gorzów, is extremely attractive for the customers.
– says Tomasz Szewczyk, Managing Partner, Acteeum Central Europe.
The opening of the completed facility, which is almost fully commercialized, is planned for the third quarter of 2024. Power center in Gorzów with a total area of 25,000 sqm will offer over 30 stores, including the largest and most modern stand-alone Decathlon sports store in the region, a Biedronka supermarket and a whole range of fashion and discount stores, drugstore, sports and other popular brands valued by customers. In addition, this extremely conveniently connected facility will offer a spacious parking lot for approximately 800 vehicles and infrastructure for charging electric vehicles. The project will also include relaxation zones, entertainment, games and activities for children, gastronomy and many interesting small architecture solutions.
– We are happy to develop another project together with Acteeum, after Chełm and Andrychów, this time in western Poland. Our Gorzów project is, on one hand, an expression of our commitment to building the Equilis investment portfolio in Poland, and on the other, the belief that the Polish retail park market is strong and has great development prospects.
– explains Xavier Pierlet, Chief Investment Officer Equilis Europe.
– With sustainability and innovation at the heart of the activities of CFE, the Gorzow power center with the Breeam Excellence certification is a perfect fit.
– explains Bruno Lambrecht, President of the Management Board of CFE.
I want to thank Acteeum and Equillis for the trust and continuation of a good cooperation we already have together. – adds Bruno Lambrecht
