Acteeum Group, developer and investor of retail facilities throughout Poland, after the successful opening of Galeria Chełm in the spring and starting construction of Galeria Andrychów, continues to develop retail projects. Another Acteeum project – this time in the formula of a regional retail park in Koszalin – is entering the implementation stage and successfully attracts well-known brands.
Koszalin Power Center will be the largest and most modern shopping complex of this type in the region. With its architectural formula, selection of well-known and popular brands and excellent communication, the Acteeum project in Koszalin, developed in cooperation with Leroy Merlin, Agata Meble and SGI, ensures a unique role on the retail map of Koszalin and the entire region. The tenants already appreciate unique advantages of the project by joining it and adding the facility to their sales strategies for the coming years. Koszalin power center is also appreciated by the local community, which will gain a modern and conveniently accessible facility, up to its shopping and lifestyle expectations.
The development works on the Koszalin project are progressing very dynamically and thanks to the environmental decision obtained, they are approaching the construction phase.
– We are extremely pleased with the dynamic progress of our Koszalin project, which with its catchment and the Power Center formula will be a very important investment from the perspective of Koszalin and the entire region. We are also convinced that it will prove to be a great success and will bring many benefits to all its participants – tenants, customers, local community and investors.
– says Tomasz Szewczyk, Managing Partner at Acteeum Central Europe.
Koszalin Power Center will be a modern and functional facility, meeting the shopping and lifestyle expectations of customers. It will offer a full range of shops and service premises of various brands, as well as the region’s largest DIY hypermarket, Leroy Merlin, and a full-size and the only in the region furniture Agata Meble store.
In addition, for the convenience of customers, the facility will include extensive, convenient parking spaces, while ensuring smooth communication within Koszalin and the region. The center will be developed directly at the road hub of the S6 expressway, connecting Szczecin with the Tri-City, and Władysława IV street – the main exit road to the sea. Both roads are not only the main national routes, but also fit into the municipal infrastructure as communication thoroughfares popular with the inhabitants.
– We are happy that despite the current difficult period of the retail market, our Power Center in Koszalin is gaining so much interest from tenants. The presence in the Koszalin project of such well-known brands as Leroy Merlin, Agata Meble, Lidl as well as appreciated tenants from the clothing, footwear, sports and service industries make the shopping offer of our retail park exceptionally attractive.
– explains Tomasz Jopkiewicz, Leasing Director at Acteeum Central Europe.
The formula of the Power Center of the Koszalin facility perfectly fits the functional expectations of customers and also turns out to ideally meet the comfort and safety requirements of its visitors. The open space of the complex, around which the premises of tenants and large-format stores will be conveniently located, as well as a spacious, easily accessible parking lot, make the Acteeum project in Koszalin an unprecedented example of a 21st century shopping center.
The opening of the Koszalin project is scheduled for the beginning of 2022.
