The shopping offer of Gorzów Power Center, a new retail park developed jointly by Acteeum and Equilis, has been enriched with another well-known fashion brand. Thanks to the recently signed contract, New Yorker joins the group of tenants of the Gorzów project. This brand will open its store in the most modern format, with an area of approx. 1300 sqm. The construction of the shopping center in Gorzów will begin in spring 2023, and the opening is scheduled for spring 2024.

Gorzów Power Center, a project developed by Acteeum together with Equilis, has enriched the offer with the New Yorker store – one of the leading fashion brands in Poland. By finalizing the lease contract for premises of an area of 1,300 sqm, New Yorker joins the group of brands, including Sinsay, Decathlon, Biedronka or Martes Sport, that have already signed their lease agreements.

– Creating an attractive, comprehensive shopping offer tailored to customer preferences is one of our main priorities when developing shopping center projects. That is why we attach so much importance to cooperation with the best brands, the most appreciated by customers. It’s the same with the New Yorker brand. We are very happy that it joined the group of fashion tenants of the Gorzów project, making the offer of our Power Center one of the best in the region.

says Tomasz Jopkiewicz, Leasing Director of Acteeum Central Europe.

– New brands join the tenants in Gorzów Power Center even before the construction of the facility begins. We are glad that we manage to attract tenants with such a diverse offer, strengthening our tenant mix. We have the ambition to become the first-choice shopping facility for the residents of Gorzów and the surrounding area, providing customers with the best shopping experience and the widest range of shops and services.

adds Michał Skwarek, Sales & Marketing Director of Equilis Poland.

The project in Gorzów is a shopping center designed with an extraordinary scale and quality of a regional character, which has not been seen in the entire region so far, having a valid building permit. The uniqueness of the project is ensured by its scale, 25,000 sqm of GLA, the multitude, variety and attractiveness of the stores, as well as its excellent location. The Gorzów shopping center will also provide customers with 800 parking spaces. It will be built in the immediate vicinity of the Selgros hypermarket, which is being developed independently, and a petrol station of a leading brand.

Construction works on the Gorzów Power Center will start this spring, and the opening of the facility, the commercialization of which is progressing very quickly, is scheduled for spring of 2024.
