Drugstore chain dm is another well-known brand that will open its store in Galeria Siemianowice – the new Acteeum shopping center, developed together with Falcon Investment Management in Siemianowice Śląskie. Planned for 600 sqm. the new dm drugstore will be another location of the largest drugstore chain in Europe, fitting into dynamic expansion in Poland. Thanks to the new tenant, the offer of Galeria Siemianowice with a lease area of over 18,000 m2 will be enriched with a comprehensive range of drugstore goods in a modern and friendly environment and at affordable prices.
The construction of the Siemianowice shopping center will start in 2022, and the opening is planned for the second half of 2023.

On the one hand, the addition of the new dm drugstore chain to Galeria Siemianowice perfectly complements the shopping offer, and on the other, emphasizes the attractiveness of the project and its strategic location on the commercial map of the city and the region. The commercialization process is proceeding very smoothly – more than a year before the opening, we have exceeded the level of 60%, and what is important, we have already confirmed the terms for the remaining space and we are currently finalizing the signing of contracts, thus aiming to achieve 100% before the end of the year.

Galeria Siemianowice is a modern project developed in the Power Center formula, with a total area of 18,000 sqm GLA, offering everything that customers will need – from a modern and spacious Lidl supermarket with an area of over 2,000 sqm, through a wide range of fashion stores such as New Yorker, Sinsay, Cropp, House or Smyk, footwear, dm drugstore household appliances, Media Expert consumer electronics store, sports brands such as Martes Sport and 4F, media and discount brands, to a large home and garden store and consumer services alley. Additionally, within Galeria Siemieniowce there will be a drive thru restaurant, approx. 550 parking spaces, a petrol station and infrastructure for charging electric vehicles. The project also includes zones for relaxation, entertainment, games and activities for children, gastronomy and many interesting small architecture solutions.
The plot on which Galeria Siemianowice is being developed is located in the very center of Siemianowice – only 650 meters walk from the Town Square, next to Skargi Square, at the intersection of Katowicka, Staszica and Waryńskiego Streets. In the immediate vicinity of the Galeria, there are public transport stops – bus and tram, while the surrounding streets provide excellent access within the city and the entire metropolitan center of Upper Silesia.
The Siemianowice shopping center will cover the catchment of over 280,000 inhabitants of the city and the region of Upper Silesia.
The opening of the facility is planned for the second half of 2023.
