Acteeum continues its dynamic growth and prepares further shopping centers’ openings. Acteeum’s portfolio will expand with more retail facilities, first in Chełm and Andrychów, which are due to be opened in 2019. Key advantages of the forthcoming projects include perfectly communicated locations, functional architecture and an attractive range of tenants.
Acteeum builds functional and well-connected shopping centers across Poland.
Following the successful shopping centers’ openings in recent years, such as Galeria Tomaszów, Galeria Wołomin or Vivo! Krosno, Acteeum dynamically develops retail facilities in other regions of Poland. The Acteeum portfolio will soon be enriched by further locations – Chełm and Andrychów. Modern shopping centers will be opened there, offering various shopping and entertainment possibilities, while improving the infrastructural and architectural quality of both cities.
– Based on market knowledge and experience in the implementation of retail projects Acteeum actively responds to the market demand for new shopping centers. We build modern, functional and well-connected facilities with a rich commercial and entertainment offer. Continuing this direction, we implement our next projects – in Chełm and Andrychów. We are just starting the construction works of Galeria Chełm and securing the location in Andrychów. We are convinced that both shopping centers will perfectly fit into the economic potential of these cities and their regions – explains Tomasz Szewczyk, Managing Partner of Acteeum Central Europe.
Great locations and attractive mix of tenants as key success factors for Acteeum shopping centers.
The shopping center projects developed by Acteeum have consistently been successful for customers, tenants and local communities. Contributing to this is mainly the careful selection of the plot and its great communication, a varied and comprehensive mix of tenants and functional, high-quality architecture.
According to exactly those priorities, Acteeum develops its newest retail project in Chełm. will offer its clients 55 stores on a total area of 17,500 sqm. and over 500 parking spaces. It will be unique in Galeria Chełmmany respects, starting with the location in the only former provincial city in Poland without a shopping center. It will also provide a great catchment area, covering nearly 300,000 inhabitants, also absorbing the cross-border traffic with Ukraine and Belarus. In addition, the plot on which the Chełm Gallery gets constructed is located directly at the main transport hub of the city, at the junction of Lubelska and Rejowiecka streets.
Another shopping center on the Acteeum roadmap – Galeria Andrychów – will be offering around 40 stores of various brands on an area of approx. 26,000 sqm. and 650 parking spaces. The Andrychów shopping center perfectly fits into the Acteeum projects theme, ensuring smooth communication and a unique location, on the only plot in the city intended for large-format retail schemes.
Planned openings as soon as in 2019.
Galeria Chełm, which level of commercialization has already exceeded 70%, had obtained the building permit and the construction works are planned for the second half of this year. For both shopping centers in Chełm and Andrychów, which are planned to be opened in the second half of 2019, Acteeum has the complete implementation processes in place.
