Acteeum finalizes the commercialization of the first shopping center in Chełm. The operator of the CCC brand – leading footwear network on the Polish market – has just signed a lease agreement for an area of nearly 1,000 sqm in Galeria Chełm.

The offer of Galeria Chełm will be extremely diverse and comprehensive, which will maximize the shopping and time-off experience of future customers. We are convinced that the CCC brand presence perfectly fits into the comprehensiveness and attractiveness of the Galeria Chełm offer, where along other well-known brands, Lidl will become the grocery operator. Our project gains a great deal of tenants’ interest, which clearly corresponds to the already reached commercialization level, exceeding 70% one year before opening. – says Mariusz Kowalczyk, Leasing Director, Acteeum Central Europe.

CCC store with an area of 979 sqm. will be opened at the time of the grand opening of Galeria Chełm, in the second half of 2019.
The CCC Group is one of the largest footwear manufacturers and one of the fastest growing footwear companies in Europe. It runs nearly 1,000 stores in 19 countries in Europe and beyond, with an area exceeding nearly 550,000 sqm. Fashionable and attractive products are offered to customers in Poland and in many other countries.
