Vilda Park, an Acteeum and BPI Real Estate Poland residential investment in Poznań, since spring 2019 run by BPI Real Estate Poland, has exceeded 95% of apartments sold and has completed the construction phase. After 24 months from the start of construction works, the project also obtained a occupancy permit. Sale of apartments is approaching the final stage with last few flats remaining available of a total of 248 apartments and 7 service premises featured within the property.
