As many as five brands belonging to the LPP clothing group will open their stores at VIVO! shopping center that is currently being built in Stalowa Wola. Based on the signed lease agreement for a total of 2,800 sqm, future clients of this facility will be able to choose from a wide range of well-known and popular stores such as Reserved, Mohito, House and Cropp, or a complete novelty in the city: SiNSAY. VIVO! is a brand of IMMOFINANZ Group, the shopping center in Stalowa Wola is developed in cooperation with Acteeum. The grand opening is planned for the last quarter of 2015.

According to a decision of LPP, stores with five of the group’s currently existing brands in Poland will open at VIVO! Stalowa Wola. The largest area – over 1,300 sqm – will be occupied by Reserved, which offers the latest trends in fashion for women, men and children.

Dedicated mainly to young clientele, House and Cropp, are two further shops that will be hosted at VIVO! Stalowa Wola. Each of them will lease an area of almost 400 sqm at the center. In addition, a floor area of around 300 sqm will be taken by Mohito, which is designed mainly for independent and fashion orientated women.

Another brand of LPP is SiNSAY (almost 400 sqm leased space). SiNSAY store will be newly introduced in Stalowa Wola. It is the most recent brand in the portfolio of LPP, which was created in 2013. It applies its collections to girls who are looking for inspiration for casual as well as party styling.

VIVO! Stalowa Wola will have a rentable space of approximately 32,000 sqm spread between more than 80 shops. IMMOFINANZ Group is implementing this development project in Stalowa Wola together with Acteeum Group (shareholdings: 86% IMMOFINANZ, 14% Acteeum).
