VIVO! shopping center in Stalowa Wola attracts international and national brands. The French Intermarché supermarket chain has signed a lease agreement to be the food anchor tenant in the currently built shopping center. Additional brands which already have signed contracts include H&M, Media Expert, Martes Sport. VIVO! is a brand of IMMOFINANZ Group, the shopping center in Stalowa Wola is developed in cooperation with Acteeum and will be opened in the Q4, 2015.

Intermarché, the general supermarket chain already has more than 200 stores in Poland. Another one will open at VIVO! Stalowa Wola, where the French brand leased almost 2,500 sqm of space. The food anchor will offer all what Intermarché is famous for, meaning wide selection of quality fresh products, and all this at reasonable prices.

H&M, the well-known clothing brand, will present its stylish products on a floor area of almost 1,800 sqm. Further clothing brands are Martes Sport – more than 400 sqm, which offers sportswear products.

Future visitors of VIVO! Stalowa Wola will also profit from the offer of one of the biggest players in the Polish market of home appliances and consumer electronics – Media Expert, which has signed a lease for nearly 840 sqm.

Additionally, the tenant mix will be enriched by the travel agent My Travel and the newspaper shop Kolporter.

VIVO! Stalowa Wola will have a rentable space of roughly 32,000 sqm for more than 80 shops. IMMOFINANZ Group is realising this development project in Stalowa Wola together with Acteeum Group (shareholdings: 86% IMMOFINANZ, 14% Acteeum).
